EPA 608 Practice Test provides an online educational platform to help HVAC technicians and students prepare for the EPA Section 608 refrigerant certification exam. The Service includes:
The Service is provided for educational preparation purposes only. Passing the EPA 608 exam requires testing through an EPA-approved certifying organization. We are not affiliated with the EPA, ESCO Institute, Mainstream Engineering, or any other certifying body.
The Free tier is available to all users without registration or payment. Free features include access to practice questions, basic test history stored in your browser, and all educational content on the site. No credit card is required to use the Free tier.
Free tier features are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any free features with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
Pro Lifetime access is a one-time purchase that provides enhanced features for the duration of the Service ("Lifetime"). "Lifetime" means for as long as EPA 608 Practice Test continues to operate this platform. It does not constitute a guarantee of perpetual operation.

The Pro Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment. There is no recurring subscription, no auto-renewal, and no additional charges after your initial purchase.
All prices are displayed in USD. For international buyers, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees — those are outside our control.

After the 14-day window, refunds are issued at our discretion for exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charge, technical failure preventing access). Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after the 14-day period.
EU and UK residents have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive and Consumer Contracts Regulations, respectively, unless digital content has already been accessed and you waived that right at checkout.
Since Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase — not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel. You will not be charged again after your initial payment. If you purchased by mistake or are unsatisfied, see the Refund Policy in Section 5.
To close your account or remove your data from our systems, contact support@epa608practicetest.net. Browser-stored data (test history, settings) can be erased at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
Pro Lifetime access is tied to the email address used at purchase. Keep your email accessible — it is how we verify your Pro status. If you change email addresses, contact us to update your account.
Pro access is granted to one individual user. You may not share your credentials or allow multiple people to use a single Pro account concurrently. We reserve the right to terminate Pro access without refund if this policy is violated.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The EPA 608 practice questions on this platform are designed to simulate the style and content of the actual certification exam. They are not official EPA exam questions and are not endorsed by the EPA or any certifying organization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPA 608 Practice Test shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $14.99, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice. If we terminate your Pro access for a reason other than Terms violation, we will issue a pro-rated refund.
If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via the email on file and offer a pro-rated refund for any recently purchased Pro Lifetime access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring a dispute before your local consumer protection authority.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email (for registered users) or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
